Description of KABEY–blade
- rotating flexographic printing unit for the highest printing speeds on a production line
- inking of printing plates takes place using enclosed inking unit with anilox roll and chamber doctor blade, alternatively using an open doctor blade system
- drive takes place as a result of friction from two rubber rings or alternatively with a regulated motor
- design of the anilox roll in hard chrome-plated steel or ceramic form
- printing machine prints from above, from below and from the front
- inline assembly, back pressure roller feeds the material being printed past the printing machine
- printing machine is assembled inline using a quick change system that can easily be detached and is attached and fed using a cross beam
